TORA is a boutique real estate company in Cyprus, working as a full development partner on residential projects from land acquisition through to handing over the keys. Almost everything that makes them different is human: a founder who matches buyers to homes personally, a long-standing Cypriot partnership, and more than a decade of actually living on the island. For someone buying from abroad, none of that comes across in a listing or a photograph. Over two filming days I directed and shot a hero film about the people behind the company and the places they build in, plus a short-form cut for social. The film now runs on the homepage of toracyprus.com, where it is the first thing a visitor meets.
